December 27, 2021 - Dark crimson color. Black and red fruit and slight leather on the nose. The palate is full of red fruit, cassis, dried herb and slight (but pleasant) green bell pepper. The acidity is in perfect balance with the silky tannin. In a great place with no rush. I have never had a bad vintage of this wine and I am always shocked but the longevity of these. My stock is getting low and I should have bought a truck load of the earlier vintages when it was $65 wine, not $120 bottle as it is today.

September 5, 2021 - Excellent. In its drinking window. Smooth, flavourful, with fruit that persists, some tannins, but overall balance. Not done yet but may be near or at peak.

July 22, 2021 - Decanted for two hrs and off to il ristorante with Joe and Phillip of The Valley
Beautiful South American Bordeaux blend nose with a touch of eucalipto; big but a very well integrated juice
    No rush

May 7, 2021 - My selection for the CWG blind tasting. This wine shocked me, full body, very aromatic, super complex with firm tannins, good fruit and acidity. Doesn’t show its age at all, it’s at its prime and should continue to drink beautifully fir the next 3-5 years. WOTN in unanimous decision!

April 18, 2021 - Consistent with prior notes. Still plenty of life left. Drink over the next few years. Gorgeous wine
