November 3, 2023 - Evolving along nicely. Savory now, and really quite delicious. And will go longer.

April 3, 2021 - Decanted for 3h and enjoyed with ribeye, consistent with my previous notes this has a beautiful nose, cedar and alcohol; on the palate red fruit, more wood and acid and pepper in the finish. For me this wine feels like it is fully mature and perhaps starting to decline. Won't ever know because this was my last bottle.

March 15, 2021 - Prominent Sandalwood scent, ripe cherries, fresh shower from the sky. The aroma is uniquely Bella’s garden.
The palate is so sharply intense to the point that one can sense numbness with liquorice finish.
    Perfectly intensely balanced.

September 12, 2020 - Opened to breathe for 3h on burger night. Mom loved this. Lots of alcohol and spices on the nose and palate, ample sweet red fruit, spices, tannins, and black pepper in this finish. Very easy to drink and enjoy for a family dinner. I would say this is definitely still in its drinking window, not sure how much longer it will last. 91/92
