December 23, 2006 - Took to restaraunt. Initially disappointed as most of the fruit has gone, but tannins are still strong. However as it opened up it turned out to be a perfect match with chicken livers with onions and balsalmic. It was however light enough to not over power the chicken or even the cauliflower soup. all in all quite good.
