December 25, 2014 - Tired wine, on the very tail end of its drinking window, with less depth and concentration than I'd expect from Grand Cru in a good vintage.

December 13, 2011 - Aromas of bacon, minerals, green apples, lemon, toasted nuts and freshly grated nutmeg. Was a little tight upon opening, but after an hour it really blossomed with medium-full bodied flavors of apple, white flowers, citrus, minerals, grilled bread and spice. Wonderful acidity and very nicely balanced overall. Great length. I would say this is close to peak and will likely hold for quite sometime if you don't run into a premoxed bottle.

February 18, 2011 - Light to medium yellow. Gorgeous, fascinating aromatics of ground spice and thyme. Elegant, lacy feel, some citrus fruit, and a touch of milkiness. Very beautiful, subtle Grand Cru drinking at peak now. A wine of tremendous finesse rather than a blockbuster.

October 3, 2008 - nose: great and aromatic oil based nose with cashews, pears, and loads of tree fruits. It constantly evolves and starts to present red delicious apple tones

taste: wonderful medium/full feel with loads of various oil tones, red apples, large amounts of mixed nuts, and white peach tones

overall: this is very young, but is showing great right now. Didn't detect any real big oak tones, and this is still light in color. Acidity is still well pronounced, but not overpowering. Great oil based attack with a long white peach finish

    Oxidised on the nose.
Lovely mouth feel but already peaked.
