June 25, 2022 - Classic Barolo. Drank while I was recovering from Covid, so I think I'll refrain from deeper comments.

July 17, 2021 - We drank this at Barolo Grill last night with wonderfully paired Piedmont cuisine over four courses. It was opened and decanted about two hours prior to our arrival and the first glasses had a nose of leather and tobacco right out of the decanter which softened further within a few minutes. Long finish. The fruit really started to express itself as we drank and it gave me hints of black licorice. A wonderfully elegant wine that was beautiful on its own and complimented our food perfectly. This will drink well another few years at least.
