December 24, 2023 - Opened 30 minutes before dinner, no decant. Very well integrated, held nicely over the course of a couple hours. Would drink within the next 6 months as don’t see it improving.

December 9, 2023 - Much better than my last bottle. A beautiful Brunello that is drinking really well right now. It may be entering the end of its peak drinking plateau, so drink up. Opened about 4+ hours before drinking, not decanted, which worked well.

May 14, 2023 - Decanted for 30 minutes before dinner. There was definitely some sediment left behind in the bottle. Wonderfully complex nose of red and black fruits and lose-leaf tobacco. The palate was tannic at first but mellowed with air. In the end it was well-balanced and complex with a medium-long finish. Wish I had a few more!
