August 28, 2013 - A private lunch (Restaurant Le Pré Catelan ***, Paris, France): Intense colour, vibrant appearance; almost meaty nose (the Folatières of the Loire!), candied lemon, lovely weight, tightly wound but relaxed, wonderful minerality and balance, perfectly integrated acidity, harmonious, excellent length. Wonderful now, will last, but not as long as the 2002.
