November 28, 2012 - Very nice wine drank very well texture was silky firm but not over bearing tannins. Filled with dark fruit flavor and a nice oak came through. I found it a bit acidity at first but as it opened the acid became less pronounced medium to full

September 20, 2012 - This is why, this is why, this why we buy, why we buy good Bordeaux. Satiny texture, rich merlot dominated fruit, full bodied with muscle and good food-friendly acidity. Like many Pomerols this is somewhat mono-chromatic, but at the table, who cares? By itself, a mouthful of perfectly balanced wine.

June 15, 2011 - My Birthday Dinner (Imperial Treasure Cantonese Cuisuine, Great World City): First I thought it was Chateau Beauregard when my friend showed up this bottle. But when I look carefully it was Clos Beauregard which I never heard of but same appellation as Ch Beauregard - Pomerol. Found out later it was part of Jean-Michel Moueix's portfolio and blended with 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dark colour, it has aromas of dark fruits, plum and oak. The palate packed with dense, sweet ripe fruits and oak. Quite a fruit forward style. Medium finish, firm and chewy tannins.
