September 13, 2012 - Tasted blind and got absolutely fooled by it. The nose is reminescent of older chardonnay wines but there is a point of acidity/liveliness that betrays the fact it is not that old. In mouth, the wine is very chalky and without knowing it you are thinking Chablis but then you get the sweeter side of it and realize you were wrong. Again! Lovely wine very much enjoyed it.
