December 31, 2020 - Nice, dark plum hue with a little spice on the nose. Dark berries, mocha, spice, easy drinking. Very enjoyable; especially given the age.

December 29, 2012 - My first SB wine; definitely not my last. Delicious and elegant. Classic Sonoma zin profile. Plum, cherry, mocha, licorice, cinnamon. Tannins are integrated up front, but get brambly on the medium finish. The slightest bit of bricking around the edges, but no mature flavors. Recommended for at least the next year.
