Community Tasting Notes 3

March 24, 2009 - Past prime, but able to save with time. Strong alchol taste, which dissipated in a few hours, but much better the next day.

November 13, 2005 - very yummy, it took awhile to open up, but when it did, it was smooth and easy to drink. Has a little spice to it and had lots of cherry notes. Went well with Hot Fennel sausage pasta.
