March 11, 2012 - ColinR is right on the money. Just a few things to add: This is still remarkably lively. And the tartness made it a perfect match for a savory apple and aged cheddar tart.

May 27, 2009 - Yellow gold; peaches, petrol, lemons, minerals; dry, lemony, oily, light body, decent structure, tart acidity, lingering finish.
Dry with petrol and lemony acidity. Still good but on the decline. Enjoyed with grilled lake trout.

March 20, 2009 - Whoa! 22 years old and this wine still has a beautiful golden yellow color. However, if you ever are wondering what petrol smells or tastes like, this is an intense example. There is literally so much petrol on the tongue I can’t get anything else.

February 17, 2009 - Deep yellow amber colour. Earth, carbolic soap and lemon candies on the nose, Fairly dry on the palate; light-medium bodied, acidic finish.
