March 7, 2008 - The last bottle - and a good one too. Starting to develop secondary aromas of butter and fenouil, but still Chablis with sea-water and citrus on the nose. Medium acidity and fine mouth feel.

April 14, 2007 - A better bottle than last time? At least more developed, fine yellow colour. nice minerality with a hint of paint? The taste is also fine and long.
