January 19, 2018 - Still a nice wine, but it should have been drunk before. It is low on acidity now, but the rest of the flavor profile is intact.

January 22, 2010 - Very fresh, you can almost smell the acidity amongst balsamic herbs, gooseberry, snap pea, and lime zest. Texture is juicy and energetic, very crisp upfront, unfolds on the palate with yeast spice and white cherry. Minerals add grip to the firm finish brimming with classic "green" flavors.
