March 16, 2018 - I enjoy the Tori Mor wines. This is a good everyday wine. This particular bottle had just a bit too much acidity on the back end that detracted from an otherwise nice wine. Perhaps it was just this bottle. Hopefully my remaining bottles will exhibit better manners.

September 18, 2017 - Consistent with previous notes, except showing it's age a bit. Glad I drank my last bottle now .

March 25, 2017 - No formal notes. Enjoyed by all while watching the NCAA basketball tournament.

February 17, 2015 - Delicious Oregon Pinot, consumed over 3 days...only lost a bit of verve over that time. Complex nose of restrained baked cherry pie with soil, mushroom, and wet fire wood. Great structure on the palate, with a nice melding of red fruit and soil-driven flavors. Drinking nicely now, still at a nice plateau, will probably last through 2020...but I wouldn't wait that long, it is quite tasty now.

December 23, 2014 - As several other reviewers have noted, this wine benefits profoundly from breathing time. It was very dubious upon opening. But, 2 hours of air revealed a highly pleasant wine that married beautifully with both fish crudo (salmon and corvina) as well as capellini with raw cherry tomato sauce.

Leather and a touch of smokiness. Subtly plummy with a whiff of cherry. I will not risk waiting too long to consume my stock. Drink up: it may be at peak.
