May 7, 2023 - What a treat for a €10 Cava. Absolutely on the money, the champagne method bringing in the quality, even at this price level.
Nose: chalk, tart green apple, honey, green bell pepper, white cassis
Palate: petrol, lemon zest, orange peel, brioche
Medium+ lenght and acidity -
