  August 7, 2011 - Pale yellow in the glass; beautiful nose of pineapple and something else sweet... honeydew? Nice acidity with flavors of mostly grapefruit along with sweeter pineapple and melon; acidity made this a great pairing with food (butter-herb clams). Still, a bit light on the palate and the quick finish disappointed just a bit.
