December 29, 2007 - Hint of tobacco, dark fruit, definite spice. Reminded Andrea of Christmas - cinnamon? Fuller bodied than I expected, but solid medium. Very nice fruit - really delicious. The tannin had broken down so far that it didn't cut the fat of a croissant. However, perfect with smoke and spice of a rubbed pork loin - seemed like it was made for it!
