October 15, 2023 - Big Arcadian Tasting in ATL Part II, With Joe Davis (1998-2005); 10/15/2023-10/16/2023: Again my note starts with "yes!" Another beautiful nose. Floral, mushroom/truffle spice mix...Palate is marked by red fruit and framed by a lively acidity that refuses to quit. Almost Youthful. Great with roast chicken dish.

NOSE: expressive; red-fruited; not bretty, but here is some earthy/aged Pinot funk lurking; medium-light pecan/tawny note.
BODY: dark garnet color with slight bricking throughout; color is of medium-deep depth; {forgot to note wine's weight}
TASTE: yummmmmm ... possibly in the *perfect* spot right now; seems to be half primary and half tertiary ... holy smokes! ... this is so alluring right now; no perceptible tannin or alcohol; high acidity; earthy; red-fruited; kind of NSG-like, but more elegant/refined than your stereotypical NSG; hint of old wooden furniture; calmly spectacular. Drink Now - 2025.

December 20, 2019 - Mature red cherry and berry throughout with earth and roasted meat hints. Still plenty of fresh fruit and brightness. Good weight and textures.

November 16, 2019 - 2019 Los Olivos Trip; 11/14/2019-11/17/2019: Mushroomy, savory, salty, earthy. Very distinct from the Francesca’s above. A stunning experience.
