January 23, 2011 - weird tobacco, sulfur, and ash thing going on, may get better tmrw. will re-rate after some air.

+ 1 after 24 hours. weird sulfur funk blew off. decent, but there are better 2007s out there

February 24, 2010 - Some wet flowers on the nose and under-ripe strawberries, maybe even some damp earth. Interesting nose. Nice palate, good weight, tending toward darker fruits and cherries with some potpourri. A small bit of green tannins show through. Finishes cleanly and with a good amount of acidity. Overall very good, nice fruit, good acidity, lighter tannin with some green tannins, clean finish. It could be a bit smoother, not entirely integrated at this point.

December 31, 2009 - Phenomenal with wasabi cheese!
