January 24, 2010 - Gorgeous. Elegant. Sexy. Ripe blackberries enveloped by an entrancing leather tinged floral note (think violets and orange blossoms). It has an electric palate of pure cherry/blackberry, flowers, and a nice stony element of crushed rocks. Pinot-like in its suppleness. This bottle was prime time.

December 17, 2005 - When first opened it wa very spicy but after about 20 minutes it opened up really nicely and mellowed out perfectly for consumption. More cloudy than remembered...unfiltered? Worth buying and drinking again right away.

May 4, 2004 - Pre-HDR offline at Alloro: All my notes say are "cool climate but delicious." Apparently this is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Counoise.
