March 7, 2020 - La Paulée de NY Gala Dinner (Pier 60 - NYC): Still very youthful with loads of fresh, mineral-filled orchard fruit. Long finish. Upside from here.

March 7, 2020 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Small glass, brief note.Ripe apple and floral aromas. Similar flavors to start, getting leaner and brighter towards long finish. Still very fresh.

August 29, 2019 - Lieu-dit Cur Blind White Dinner (S.K.Y.): Double blind 07/08 Ramonet/Moreau Ruchottes. Delicious tropical and ripe orchard fruit aromatics. The palate has serious concentration and rich, dense white fruits. Still non-delineated and should be even better with a few more years.

August 29, 2019 - Lieu-dit Cru "Blind White" Dinner Comparing 2007 and 2008 White Burgundy (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Served double blind to the group, single blind for me. Ripe yellow and green apple with just enough tart notes to add intriguing complexity. Very good length and engaging textures from start-to-finish.

March 3, 2018 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Gala Dinner (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Small glass, brief note. This wine continues to over-achieve with lots of powerful orchard fruit and the corresponding structure to make it even better. Great spice, mineral in supporting roles. This wine has consistently been this good.
