May 18, 2019 - Pale pink, delicate, fruit initially then spirity warmth. Lingering impression is a sweet glow. Last bottle. Stayed on the plateau, but not improving.

December 1, 2013 - Very pale pink. Delicate, past it's best. Spirits nose. Smooth and sweet, but lacking fruit now. Delicate cinnamon aftertaste and lingering glow the best part of it now.

April 3, 2009 - This is ready and not likely to get a lot better. a tawny, golden colour with superb balance and underlying acidity. very enjoyable, 20% abv (but way in the background), approx $65 on release. drink over the next decade.
