Blew off with some air. The palate, however, was crisp and tropical and filled with grapefruit like the first bottle. Not sure what to make of that. Bouquet was a fail on this bottle, but the palate brings the overall grade to a B+.

In the mouth, a citrus edge comes into play with the tropical profile. Perhaps not overly complex, but this is one of the most drinkable and delicious American SBs I can remember in quite some time.   April 22, 2009 - Varietal flavors and nose. Cat pee, acidity and a hint of melon or tropical fruit. Enjoyable but not astounding.
