January 28, 2021 - Gorgeous. This golden colored wine had such sophistication. You could taste the age and the semmilion, like a d’yquem but not sweet. the depth and complexity of this 2002 stood up to a slightly spicy fish dish tonight. We are big burgundy drinkers but may have just fallen in love with white Bordeaux wines!
