April 20, 2011 - Pale yellow, thin body. Nose of under ripe lemon and pineapple, hint of cracked dolostone. Very smooth body, subdued starfruit and pineapple, hints of spent oak and young lemon. Finish was big on limequat, with some young, yellow passionfruit and lychee, faint white vanilla note. Low acidity, smooth from pop to dwindle, moderately dry with sweetness building at finish.
