May 11, 2009 - Ruby in the glass and easy to see though just as Pinot should be. Scents of earth, black and blue fruits, and a hint of spice after being open for close to 3 hours. In the mouth flavos of tart cherry, wild strawberries, and minerals lingered on a medium length fiinish. This has great potential to improve...I just think this deserves a few years sideways to show what it has in store for us.
