June 26, 2010 - Sommelier reco. Color pale yellow with light green hues, light-medium body. Medium depth nose of white flowers, navel orange, lime, and slate, all of which transfers to palate. Good concentration of fruit, refreshing acidity, and an extended finish of light citrus and tangy minerals. Seemed a little watery in the mid. Excellent pairing with risotto with blue crab and freshly shaved truffle, and very good with Hawaiian Wahu encrusted with pulverized parmesan popcorn in a white wine sauce with spicy crawfish, fennel and corn. Spouse loved it, and a reasonable value from wine menu.

May 15, 2009 - Good semi-dry Riesling from Moselle. Not too sweet. Balanced.
