November 27, 2023 - Medium+ nose intensity with notes of leather, toast, spices, black currant. Medium+ acidity and medium+ tannin. Tannin is not harsh. Can drink now or aged. Need decanting 2 or more hours.

March 15, 2023 - Nick A's Pomerol Part 2 (67 Pall Mall, London): Talc and Maraschino cherry. Quince jelly. Palate is young and refined. There's some creme de cassis lift and more cherry flesh. Even with air, this doesn't open out that much. One to revisit in 5 years.

Lovely bright, deep ruby. Shows dark fruit, florals, touch of mineral, has richness but also freshness. Medium bodied, deep dark fruit, touch of roast meat, florals too, very fine tannins, lovely energy, fersh/vibrant acidity carrying a very good length finish. Excellent/outstanding, starting to drink but for the long haul.
