September 27, 2021 - Very dark brown color and muddy looking. Sweet pruny aromas. Dark fruit nearly sherry like, a level 2 oxidation of Indian spice. Has a maple brown sugar quality. Offers up some pleasure with acid brightness to the dark fruit essence, but hard to call this good. More interesting and exotic realm. Clearly on the downside.
