May 9, 2011 - Nice balance and smell. Some floral some citrus. Overall it came together and went great with food.

September 6, 2010 - Popped and poured, was not chilled at all. Sniffed for cork taint and sweet maple syrup hit me like a ton of bricks. Once out of the bottle the maple went away. Nose of nutmeg and baked apple. Crazy amount of acidity which paired wonderfully with food. All about the minerals on the palate. Crisp finish. Would purchase again.
