January 23, 2010 - This was paired with a lemon thyme almond crusted trout fillet cooked on a wooden plank and it just sang against that background. I'd imagine the food might have lifted this a bit, but this barely buttery beauty came with a lychee/apple bite and a rich, white gold color. Great QPR at $18, but mind blowing value when you consider this is from an operation that has been family-owned since 1425.
