October 14, 2020 - Amazingly not that much different from back in the day. Also, unfortunately not that much different from back in the day.

February 25, 2016 - Clearly way past its drinking window. Cloudy despite careful decanting. Apple cider vinegar and mushroom palate. Cleared the drain with it.

February 14, 2016 - Tasted blind. Intense nose-red sour patch kids candy, fresh squeezed lemons, sea breeze, forest berries. Reminiscent of Pinot Noir, yet unique somehow. Wow powerful palate of sour patch kids, fresh lemonade, minerals, forest berries. Long finish of sour candy. This is in your face yet really addictive. Spectacular acidity.

February 14, 2016 - Double blind. Bizarre cloudy light fruit punch color. Powerful pomegranate, apricot, fruit roll up nose. Cinnamon red hots, rhubarb, montmorency cherry, prickly Pinot verve here for sure with almost tartaric acidity. Clearly new world Pinot but I don't think I've ever had something quite like this before.

October 9, 2015 - 13.8% alcohol. This is drinking beautifully. Soaring nose of red and black cherry, a touch of tea, some baking spice, and minerals. In the mouth, linear, juicy, and exploding with cherry notes, impressive complexity, good acidity, and a long finish. Rocking bottle. A-/A
