August 9, 2014 - Past it's prime. Medium ruby color. Smooth mouthfeel. Unfortunately a fruit bomb mess. Almost saccharin in sweetness, candy red, disjointed, exposing grapeseed from over extraction. Good where you'd think Zin, and not faded, but it's not what it used to be. Drink up.

September 1, 2013 - Served blind by a NW afficianado, I assumed it was from Washington, but had a hard time pin-pointing the grape. It had some cola and strawberry, pinot like aromas but then rather plummy/berry flavors on the palate with a rather sweet finish (almost late harvest). Nice!

August 31, 2013 - Nice nose of black and sweet cherry fruits, minerals. Black raspberries and pipe tobacco on palate, with added spice. Very nice smooth finish.

March 11, 2013 - Nose: nutmeg, chocolate, cherry, hazelnut,

Taste: hazelnut and chocolate, I recently had some nutella and this reminds me a bit of that, red pepper, long lingering finish with notes of blueberry and flat coca cola,

This wine is right in my wheel house, drinking ideally now- drank well over 40 minutes, my last bottle, I'll need to go pick up some of more recent vintage, but at this price this is one of my favorite wines

March 2, 2013 - Nice Wahluke slope cab franc. For about the first hour, the oak profile was a bit dominant, but still yielded tasty plum and powdered cocoa flavors. Medium bodied, aeration saw more varietal tone emerging, as red fruits, tobacco and spices. Nice effort for $25
