December 17, 2012 - Good wine but a little too much bitterness on the finish and a bit rough around the edges. Not much fruit showing. This wine is nearing the end of its useful life so drink up.

June 2, 2012 - Another great offering from Landmark, who could easily be the most underrated and highest quality Pinot, Chard and Syrah producer in California year in and year out. These guys know how to make serious burgundian style wines at an incredible price point. The Soloman Hills is a relatively new vineyard and this was my first one. Lots of cinnamon, red fruit and depth. I look forward to the vineyard maturing over the years.
