December 31, 2015 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like vanilla and black pepper. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

January 2, 2015 - Medium dark in color. Sour cherry on the nose and dry on the palate with spicy aftertastes. Not bright for a zin, fruit is more subdued. Medium to long finish. Will likely continue to improve a little over the next few years.

October 9, 2013 - Brick red with some opacity. Fruity nose of berry and fruit with some alcohol. Blackberry and coffee. Needs to breath, improves as it goes.
