  January 22, 2018 - Deep, lush black currant and blackberry fruit accented by savory notes of sage and dried pipe tobacco. A sweeter suggestion of boysenberry develops with air. On the finish, densely packed tannins offer ample structure on which the rich fruit glides slowly to a close. This was exceptional from initial opening through the end of the bottle, 3 hours later.

  January 8, 2015 - First I have opened. Big wine, very well made, complex, lengthy, interesting, better and better over evening, had on its own ( ok, with some chocolate,) and fully enjoyed. Will look forward to seeing it's evolution. A good wine.
