  July 10, 2010 - Pale color. Grassy, but also grapefruit, mineral and lemongrass aromas. Grapefruit, citrus and hay tones, with soft acidity and a subtle mineral tone. Develops a lime note w/air, and a gooseberry-like quality on the palate. My kind of SB- citrus & grassy qualities without going too far into the bell pepper/jalapeno notes.
