August 24, 2012 - Nose of melon, cantaloupe, citrus, flowers, spice. Palate less complex, but pleasing with great balance of acidity, fruit, and body. Great pairing with Thai food, or for a picnic.

Huge nose of elderflower, lychee.
Pepper and fruit flavors, tastes like the syrup from the fruit cocktail in a can stuff of my youth.
Slightly savory finish.
