Community Tasting Notes 3

July 4, 2022 - A very nice wine at its apogee still very fruit driven with first balsam flashes excellent textured with soft tannins and long and persistent finish.

August 4, 2018 - Decanted for 2 hours. Ooh, this is something special, strong nose of cassis, mushrooms, truffles and a bit of eucalyptus, maybe even a hint of physallis (grows after some more time in the glass). The palate has strong tannins, lots of dark fruit and a good dose of minerality. At its best now!

July 7, 2009 - Visit to La Clape (Narbonne, Languedoc); 7/7/2009-7/9/2009: Tasted at the chai before purchase. A bit of a reticent nose of black fruits and mint. Palate very nice with black fruits, eucalyptus and mint. Very good! Give it a few years in the cellar.
