February 16, 2014 - Good dinner wine. Negroamaro and malvasia grapes. Medium nose and medium ruby color. Dry with flavors of cedar and licorice. Great value wine. Wines at this level benefit from sitting a few years before consumption.

June 19, 2011 - Opened and tasted immediately, pleasant nose, some red berry coming through early, a slightly harsh finish. Decanted and let sit for a bit. Nice, fresh taste, with fruit upfront and just the barest hint of earthiness. Basically one note, then nothing. A passable daily drinker.

November 7, 2010 - PnP. Tanslucent ruby red. Dried cherry and fennel on the nose. Aroma carries through on the palate smooth light weight with nice acidity. Good go to value pasta red.
