October 23, 2023 - PNP, consumed over 2 hours. Light yellow color. Brothy and brine infused nose, with some citrus floral elements. Medium weight palate, crisp and acidic with lemon flavors and a chalky texture. Amazing village level Chablis showing proper maturity and secondary development at 15 years.

December 14, 2022 - At first I thought this bottle was off, but in fact it just needed a little time to resolve and find itself. After about 45 minutes open, it hit its stride. Very solid but paled in comparison to the MdT bottles we had it with...

April 20, 2019 - This wine was so much better than expected as the entry level Raveneau. Presented with a little yellowing of age but vibrant and also a little lovely “greenness”. The flavour experience was classically Chablis - beautifully minerally and seashells. There was citrus, melon, grass and apple. A superbly classy structure and with a refinement beyond its station. Smooth and rounded yet bright and vibrant. Personally this I thought matched Premier Cru quality. (Was even better second day)
