  February 2, 2012 - Consistent with prior note. Bumped one point to 90. Wouldn't want to drink this all the time. But I think this MD style is so much fun to drink periodically. So over the top. So Jammy. So much alcohol. So good...

  August 31, 2011 - This bottle has gotten a little better with age versus the last I had a year or two ago. Although I will not wait too long before finishing my other 07's - time to drink these up. Dark color with loads of blackfruits on both the nose and tongue. Typically MD style that I love with big jammy fruits, touch of vanilla and a little licorice on a medium length finish.

  January 11, 2011 - Delicious Shiraz. A rich black currant and other dark berry component to begin with, as well as licorice, oak, and some toasted nuts. Medium tannins. Very smooth. Ready to go now. Great bargain -- although that's not part of the scoring and I think I got the last 11 bottles available in the US! :-)
