November 26, 2015 - Extremely smooth and nicely colored. Has a subtle nose and a faint blend of flavors including; berry, cherry, & cola. Definitely did the trick this Thanksgiving and for that I'm thankful. I do think this wine is in the drink now category.

September 15, 2011 - North Shore Getaway; 9/15/2011-9/17/2011 (North Shore, MN): Deep red color. Nose is nice and complex with black cherry, black currants, spice, forest floor and earth, a bit woody, later showing some strawberry notes. Palate shows vibrant fruits, consistent with nose, spices, great concentration, round and full bodied for a pinot. I occasionally get a little heat on the finish. This was an impressive wine.
