July 11, 2010 - Smells of dough, stonefruit and an element of spice yet faint. Good mousse and pin tip sized bubbles. Good age on this one exhibiting toast, layers of lemon and tangerine with stonefruit. The finish lingers. Excellent, classic.

December 31, 2007 - One of the ten or fifteen best sparkling wines I've tried. Gently bready, with strong flavor of cinnamon toast and hints of granny smith apple. There is probably some bottle variation, given others' reviews and my previous experience with this - the previous bottle I had a couple months ago was also good but I'd rate it slightly lower.
