Community Tasting Notes 2

May 20, 2010 - Light bodied and fresh. Not much fruit, not very expressive. Needs time.

November 3, 2009 - With Chilli prawn linguine. Audouzed 4hrs, not decanted.
Lovely burundy nose of cherry, compost (?) & a little menthol. Light entry, nothing heavy or cloying here, almost delicate initially. gathers itself together over the mid palate, mouth filling & round but still no more than medium bodied - a good thing. Very nice finish, at least med+, with very fine tannins. Lots of potential, but still very nice tonight.
