Community Tasting Notes 2

July 24, 2010 - Light yellow color. Nose of apple and citrus. Palate of same with a hint of grapefruit, good minerality and tart acidity. Refreshing and crisp.

September 10, 2009 - Aromas of orange blossom, ozone, incense and honey. Full bodied and oily in the mouth with good acidity, minerality and a persistent bitterness. Good wine, though I much prefer the aroma to the taste.
