March 7, 2011 - Popped and poured, followed over three days. Just and fresh energetic as it was day one, on day three. Pure cherry and red currant flavors with underlying minerality (flavors and nose). Balanced and seamless, but finishes a touch harder and austere. Plenty of fruit and acidity to age well. Not quite worth the $40 price tag, so a pass for me on picking up any more for the cellar.
