January 29, 2021 - Popped and poured. Crisp lemon infused minerals and spice on the nose. Lively palate, very fresh and medium weight with a drying texture. Spicy and drying finish.

September 3, 2019 - 2008 is a vintage I have seldomly appreciated, but this 2008 Pierre Yves Colin Morey Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets was surprisingly good. Vibrant and balanced with in-depth orchard fruits, refined creamy lees and toasted wood. Rich body with fine acidity and exotic spices. Excellent. Drink now to 2040. (93/100)

November 23, 2018 - PYCM & CM Chassagne Caillerets (Cabotte, London): This has come through its adolescent phase but is showing more line and zip here with a definite lemon element which amplifies the sauce. Picked early to avoid the onset of rot this is racy and in the leaner, more mineral style. ****
