Community Tasting Notes 3

January 1, 2012 - Deep and rich. Love GSM's, but wish it had some earthiness to it. Fruity and fresh. Aerated, decantend and drank. I tihnk it could have actually used a bit more time to soften and mature. Very easy drinker that paired nicely with a couple of mild/creamy cheeses and some herbed nuts.

    November 25, 2010 - Cobbster's 11/10/10 review sums it up.

November 20, 2010 - Black fruit nose; smoked fruit flavors with oak filling out the finish.
